The property is so cute! The decor is all very on theme, which is fun. Great restaurant onsite and very helpful staff. The air conditioner in our room was very loud overnight, but that was really the only (and very small) negative. Highly recommend!

The property and our room was extremely clean and nice, the bed super comfortable. The food & drinks at the Rackhouse was amazing especially the Fried Chicken! Highly recommended!! However, my only complaint is with the bathroom, there’s no place to put your things, no shelf space and there’s plenty of room for it. Oh and having to pay for waters?! For the cost of the room water should be free!

Loved how unique the decor and ambiance was of this hotel and most importantly how reflective it was of Lexington's culture and local community. The staff was super friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. I had the coolest server at the restaurant enjoyed the best wedge salad on the planet -- home made dressing :) I will definitely stay here again! sLp

This hotel had an odd layout with small elevators - part of what made it unique, but the reason our stay was just okay was due to a shower that didn't drain, bugs found in the bathroom (after they were taken care of there were not more) and loud drunk guest yelling in at 3am in the morning. The on-site restaurant had great vibes, we had drinks and apps. The apps were okay but not stellar. Overall it was a safe and ideal location for our needs, that would have been better if a few issues were fixed.

The property was very old. The sink was coming off the wall in the bathroom, shower curtain was bent. There was no refrigerator in the room. I believe that housekeeping refolded the old towels that were used the day before since they were damp when I went to use a clean one. The bar and restaurant were good and updated. They need to spend more time investing on updating their rooms, especially for the price being charged to stay here. Also, they charge $35 a day for parking. A bit steep when other hotels in the area do not charge.
