Pros: Our room was very clean and spacious. Having the free laundry feature is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: The pool is very small. Complimentary breakfast is nice to have, but the biscuits were very hard. My friends in room lock supposedly "locks itself from the inside if the door is slammed" (we thought someone else was in the room) I only gave staff 4 stars because housekeeping came into our room without knocking about 15 minutes after we arrived. We were getting ready to go to dinner and my son was changing in the bedroom area. It was very disturbing. I let the front desk know the situation and they apologized and said they'd talk to housekeeping.

Room was terrific - very clean, lots of outlets and charging ports. Nice kitchen with dishes and an island, which was convenient. Hot breakfast; decent variety. The only downside of our visit was that tables in the eating area were not bussed during breakfast, so we had to wipe them down ourselves before eating each day. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was super nice and extremely clean. We couldn’t stop talking about how nice it was during and after being there. We will definitely be back. The breakfast was pretty good too. They even had a soda machine, which I’ve never seen at a hotel.
