Staff was good, room was clean and updated. Common areas a little worn and noise travels very easily between hall to rooms and between other rooms.

The facility was great. My only concern was the way the front desk person, Marcus, handled an issue with another guest. He escalated the situation in front of me and my sister during our checkin rather than finishing with us first. I had to intervene during the yelling.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to local restaurants and activities. The only small issues I believe need addressed are that the shower was very slippery and there is no towel hook close to the shower. Other than those minor items my stay was great.

Parking was easy and plentiful. Nice access just off the highway. The staff we interacted with were friendly and kind. The room itself was nice enough, you can see exactly what it used to be before the new paint, but it's like a lot of the older hotels today. The room was well cleaned and had nice lighting and enough outlets. The pool was great and had enough chairs and loungers. The only drawback was the very, very limited breakfast options.

Great stay. The room was really clean and staff was courteous and helpful. I always appreciate having on-site breakfast options as well. The area is quiet and a short distance from a gas station and a couple of food options, and maybe 2 minutes off the interstate.

Breakfast is cold bagels, toast, cereal, nothing special. Rooms are comfortable. AC works. Tiny little mini fridges that are good for a couple beverages. We had two noisy nights where college kids were hanging out in the hallways. Front desk staff addressed the issue, but the guests were rowdy the next night as well.

6/10 Okay

The beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. BUT the carpeted flooring was not clean!! Our granddaughter’s feet were black after walking barefoot on it. Also full of sand. Which ended up getting into the bed. It definitely wasn’t vacuumed! Breakfast was a good basic continental type. Breakfast staff were helpful and courteous.
