The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. I gave 3 stars for amenities because there really are not any amenities. They provide hand soap, shampoo, body wash and a blow dryer. They also have a mini fridge and microwave in room too. Overall for the price it was a great deal and we would stay again!

Location was good - restaurants/coffee/shops all within walking distance. The room was NOT cleaned upon check-in. The bathroom door didn't lock (missing knob on the inside), and the drain to the tub was clogged so a shower turned into a bath within 30 seconds. Room service didn't appear until our 3rd day and most likely only because we asked. We also had to specifically ask them to take the trash and request additional toilet paper and towels.
