I never write reviews. But we had to leave after 10 minutes because the tank of the toilet once flushed, started to overflow all over the place and my husband killed 2 roaches. It was horrible. We requested a refund be applied to our Expedia account and went to another hotel around the corner. Hopefully we hear back about the refund.

Getting to the facility was a headache. They were doing street resurfacing on a Friday night! A BUSY NIGHT!! right in front of the entrance which made it hard to get in and out. The hotel is going thru renovations so there crap everywhere in the parking lot. The lobby was really old and nasty. I didn’t even want to walk on the rug with shoes on going to the second floor where my room was. When l turned down my bed there were little black curls hairs in it. So l moved to the other bed and it had some too. I did the best l could to get them out so l could sleep. I triple checked the pillows and they seemed to be ok. The room was quiet and the a/c worked great.

The room was very outdated and most of the lights did not work. The backsplashes were not connected to the vanity top. The top of the desk was filthy. My room was directly across from the laundry area and the housekeeping staff were talking very loudly. The hotel is currently being renovated, so maybe it will improve.

The staff was very nice and hospitable however the facilities were severely lacking. The AC unit wasnt able to properly cool the room until after the sun went down. The tub drain was so slow that the tub was full by the time I finished my shower, the tub was 3/4 full. There was missing outlet covers and exposed wiring. Holes in the walls. Mismatched paint. Soap scum in the bathroom. The list could go on. I know they are undergoing construction/renovations to update but the rooms that are currently available are in an unacceptable condition

Beds were very comfortable, sofa, desk, Keurig coffee, fridge and microwave were all nice amenities. Combined with daily hot breakfast and friendly staff will have us coming back.
