Lovely house & great location. Easy walk to great food & drink. Short drive to Keeneland Horse Track & Woodford Reserve.

It was great to be central to all our items on our to do list of events! Concert at the Rupp Arena, blocks away from Ashland House, and a great spot to kick off your Bourbon Trail adventures. The house was fabulous, with a Lexington charm, can?t wait to find a reason to come back!

We stayed in Lexington for three days. This was a perfect spot to come home to. It is furnished with real' furniture- antiques that fit the timeperiod of the house. The kitchen is amazing. Anything you could want to do is nearby. The hosts provided a wide variety of breakfast options: muffins, coffeecake, juice and $40 in Starbucks cards! They also provided ideas of restaurants nearby as well as juice, pop and water. We loved our stay at Kathy's place!
