The staff were absolutely beyond friendly and so welcoming. Check-in was quick, breezy, and not complicated whatsoever. The hotel was very very clean, organized, and overall well maintained. Our room was beautiful (we had a king suite) and very spacious! We had no issues with our stay and will definitely come back and stay again!

I brought my 3 granddaughters to KY to ride the rail ride and go to the KY horsepark! Since there were 4 women i reserved TWO queen suite rooms ! We were all so happy with our stay! From the friendly welcoming staff, to a clean and beautiful rooms with fully equipped kitchens and comfy beds , to the beautiful pool , easy parking, and secure entry, we so enjoyed our time at ever-home and highly recommend it!

Property is well maintained, clean, quiet. I originally was booked for 5 nights but had to extend it by a day. You would think that at the 3 day mark the cleaning staff would come in to freshen the room up but no. You can get clean towels at the desk when needed but their policy is that they only clean 1 time a week for longer stays. That is the one negative thing.

Love this hotel, it has so much potential. Need better towels, in-room shampoo/conditioner etc, better office chairs, and a couple of the staff need some customer service training. With all that being said it is a new building in a great location for the KY horse park that allows dogs. I would stay here again and bring my own towels, silverware, and shampoo etc. But this hotel is so close to being great I hope they pull it together.
