The staff was amazing and very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Our room itself was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The pool was extremely over-chlorinated, and the smell was so strong that we could not even stay in the room where the pool was located. I had specifically booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub, so that was very disappointing. The freezer in the mini fridge was also completely iced over and unusable. We booked a suite with a sofa bed, but the sofa bed really needs a deep cleaning and an upgrade. We were unable to use it at all. Overall, the staff and breakfast were great, and the room was clean, but the pool and sofa bed were significant disappointments, especially since those were important factors in choosing the hotel.
