This hotel was IMMACULATE!! Although this hotel is older, it is very well maintained and spotless. The grounds, landscaping, interior and exterior of buildings was perfect! It was cleaner than some newer hotels, and to me, that is most impressive and important. The air conditioning works great and fast. We were very comfortable. The bathroom was was immaculate and the only problem was our soap dispensers did not work or were not filled, but I was able to smell the beautiful aroma of the argan oil. We did not report it or mind because we travel with our own anyway. The water pressure and temp were were fine. The staff was very friendly! It was quiet, and no one bothered us. The breakfast was wonderful. The hotel off the beaten path from the interstate, but trust me it is perfect! Thank you to the staff at Best Western Winchester for providing us a safe, clean, and peaceful night’s sleep! -The Harris family.

We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left the 2nd day and went home. I just took the loss. Very disappointing for us all.

For this class of hotel, this place is at the top end. Very friendly staff, and the gentleman at check-in (I think Jared) was very friendly and welcoming. Overnight female staff I saw early at breakfast each day was also very pleasant and attentive to the breakfast area. Clean room. Comfy bed with modern TV with some premium movie channels. Area is very quiet. Hot water and pressure in shower were excellent. About 20 minutes from downtown Lexington, and downtown Winchester is a cool and friendly little town. The only thing I would like to see is a fitness room but cannot think of a thing to complain about. I would stay here again for sure.
