This is not a Baymont of Wyndham Hotel, it is a Days Inn no-tell motel. We were told it was half and half. I wondered why there were not pictures. We booked through Expedia, two rooms, only one room available, when we arrived For 4 adults 3 kids. Which ended up being a blessing. We moved on, drove south to find a clean, respectable place. Thank you to Expedia for refunding our rooms.

Nice front desk staff. The property definitely needs some work. Several abandoned cars in the parking lot with either 4 flat tires or all of the windows busted out. Several Old air conditioners stacked up outside our room and an old ice machine as well. Great price but ya get what ya pay for I guess.

The room and hallways stink. Room wasn't very clean when we checked in, pee on the toilet seat, someone's scrunchies sitting on the bathroom vanity and hair on the floor. Each bathroom only had a half roll of toilet paper for a 4 day stay. Nothing was restocked the whole time. Stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned any at all. Beds were comfortable

The location, name of property and pictures are flat out wrong. The property is not Baymont but a Days Inn in a totally different location. The location (using the copy address function) and pictures Expedia shows has been a Comfort Inn for years. The Days Inn is several miles away and in a much worse neighborhood.

My room was full of bugs. They were all on the windowsills, floor, corners of the bed and by the main door. The sheets also had tiny, black gnat looking bugs on them. They switched me to a new room when I complained about the first and it also had bugs and the sheets had pubic hairs on them and tiny red dots. The staff told me I could get a refund due to not being able to stay there in such nasty conditions but would need to be contacted by Expedia. It has been a week since and they do not answer the phone for Expedia and have hung up on me several times when I tried to contact them so they have not given a refund. I have never had to leave a bad review or leave a hotel before but the cleanliness of this hotel is the worst I have ever seen. I will never book with them again.

I didn’t like anything about this place. If they really don’t want to tarnish Baymont name, they either need to change and make it look and smell like a hotel or keep their name as Days Inn and stay filthy. The smell is horrible. I wonder if these people think about others or if they only care about money. It’s a shame

I booked a stay at a Baymont. The only thing resembling a Baymont were the room key cards. The photo was of a different hotel.I went to the pictures hotel I had stayed at before just to find out I had booked somewhere else. The email confirmation took me to a Days Inn where I was shocked to find that was the hotel I had booked. Very unhappy. Bad area, large deposit, elevators didn't work, and that just tips the iceberg of the issues.

Our room was newly remodeled including the bathroom but the tub had not been cleaned in some time. There was big long hairs on the tub along with dirt and grim. The show curtain had multiple stains on it also. There was no full breakfast available as stated on the website (matters a lot when its a travel softball team). Also, no iron or ironing board in the room. Another person traveling with us saw two cockroaches in their room.

The rooms were disgusting upon arrival. One fridge smelled up the entire room and the room wasn’t the suite we paid for. We went to the counter, workers didn’t care. I showed proof that a suite was paid for and was told oh well that’s their normal room price and was put in another normal room. Terrible lighting, staff gathered on steps outside door F and were drinking, nobody cleaned or restocked towels during our stay. Room keys stopped working on our last day well before checkout. The halls were disgusting, smelled and the machines (ice, soda didn’t work), We would never stay again but think we should be reimbursed because the room was nothing like the king sized suite we booked. Even after showing them, nothing was fixed.
