This was a great place to stay with a really museum oriented vibe. The staff was very helpful and the lobby and rooms were clean. Absolutely no issues with checking in or checking out and the location made everything fairly walkable.

We enjoyed our stay at 21c, from our initial interaction with valet to our checkout, everything was great. Great selection of bourbons at the bar. Bed was so comfy and room was so big and light filled. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was great! The location is right in the center of the downtown area. They also use phenomenal products in their showers. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner was some of the best I have ever used in a hotel. The valet service was great as well as the front desk staff! 10/10 would recommend to anyone heading to Lexington.

At the moment they are undergoing a renovation of the restaurant and there is just a temporary bar set up in the lobby. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but I was very disappointed in the bar. They could have made a better area with more ambiance, as it appears that this is a long-term project possibly going into next year. The staff were not always at the front desk, but the car valet was helpful in tracking them down. We unfortunately missed our opportunity to have the room cleaned as we were getting ready to go out, but she couldn't return. The next day I asked to have the room refreshed as I did not want them coming again in the afternoon, but it was a minimum of service. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is in an old bank building and has an art gallery. There is a Marriott Residence Inn just across the road, and we enjoyed both of their restaurants, one of which is a rooftop bar and restaurant with great views of Lexington, and the other a great Italian one.

The hand soap and body wash in my bathroom were empty. There were two large stains on the carpets. The floors in the hallway were rather dirty and need replaced. The ceiling tiles in the hallway were gone. The exposed area was radiating a lot of heat and made the hallway rather hot. The restaurant was closed for renovations. Valet parking was wonderful. The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was clean.
