I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bedding, and all for a very reasonable price. I really wasn’t expecting it to be this nice. I will be looking for more hotels of this chain.. truly excellent.

Very disappointed in this stay! During check-in requested to be on the first floor due to a recent surgery, was accommodated but found the 1st floor had many permanent residents living at hotel- too many kids, felt like a daycare center. Then we got moved to the 2nd floor, unfortunately we exchanged the kid noises for weed smells? The hotel had signs everywhere, explaining no weed permitted, but it was evident nobody was listening!!! While parking there must of been a domestic dispute happening because there was a truck revving its engine several times to make a point to somebody- I think hotel management had to go regulate that situation … all in all, I’d hard pass on this hotel if you have the chance. I gave 2 stars for the clean room, that was the best part!

Everything was great.The room was clean.The beds were comfortable.Everything worked well. Breakfast was good, nice, friendly staff. All in all an enjoyable stay. This hotel is also very convenient to everything in Lewiston/Auburn.

The lady at the front desk gives excellent service

Comfy bed, nutritious breakfast, and excellent service from staff--the lady at the front desk is always super-helpful. I suggest repairing the bathroom door in room 209 before multiple people use it (not an issue for this solo traveler).

The staff is always pleasant, helpful and happy. The rooms are dated, however the cleaning staff seem to do a fine job keeping things tidy in a dated facility. It appears everyone tries to do a good job, and that say a lot about this hotel.

Clean and adorable

We had a very pleasant stay at the best Western. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were all clean including the rest of the property. David was the manager on site and was extremely polite helpful and professional. I would highly recommend a stay at the best Western.
