Great overnight stay. Superior rooms are modern and spotless well worth the extra. Nice traditional pub food served in the bar. Owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Road is quite busy but noise is minimal and didn't keep us awake. Would recommend

The property was lovely. We stayed in room 9 as it was located on the ground floor and I use a wheelchair, plenty of room. We had a snack Friday evening and it was lovely food. The staff were very friendly, chatty and accommodating. Easy to find. Definitely will stay here again.

We stayed just one night whilst attending a local event. Emma and Garry couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was immaculate and the decor tasteful. The en-suite bathroom was equally so. We had everything we needed for very comfortable stay. The continental breakfast was very good and there was the opportunity for a more substantial meal if we wanted. The food menu looked varied and interesting. Overall, this is a comfortable proper pub with excellent, clean and very tasteful accommodation. Can highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you Emma and Garry.
