Staff was awesome. Place is rundown needs TLC, room was very hot, AC is either dirty or plugged as it was just not putting out. Asked for a fan and one was brought pronto, should have asked the 1st night but we were bushed driving 9 hours to Taber. Restaurant food was good but painfully slow didn't get to eat much of breakfast as it took almost an hour and we had to leave it for the funeral. Bar service was good.

The lobby registration area stunk like dirty rugs that was being covered up with a sency or insence smell that was not pleasant. I could still smell it the next day on my jacket. I had two room’s neither of them had heat this was apr 3rd. They gave us one space heater. No refund or reduced price was given or offered. Also I felt that a 250$ damage deposit on your card for two days is a little steep.
