The checkin and checkout desk staff were excellent: helpful about what's nearby, available at the property and extremely welcoming to the property and city as a whole. The breakfast was tasty and served hot and fresh. The room was clean but the bath towels need replacement as does the shower curtain, it was fraying and torn. The bathtub needs a refresh - it was peeling. Location is great location as lots of food places nearby.

The room and bathroom were small and cramped, the toilet paper was hard and cheep, no microwave and the pool was closed the first night with no explanation.
