“The room was spacious and clean. We had a little difficulty right after checking in, but everything ended up fine and one day this event will be funny. We left our luggage and car keys in our room and then went to eat. When we returned from eating, our card key would not work. We could not get in touch with the leasers, but when we contacted Hotels.com, the issue was worked through quickly. We were issued a new key and everything else went smoothly. The key issue wouldn't have been a real issue...
