Le logement n Ă©tait pas super propre
 mais bon un petit coup et c’est rĂ©glĂ©. Ensuite certaines choses devraient ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©es. Matelas de lit trĂšs trĂšs mou. Il est temps de le changer! lampe cassĂ©e, juste recollĂ©e Ă  la colle forte. Vu le prix payĂ© une petite lampe neuve ne ferait pas de mal. Et concernant la communication. L Ă©quipe rien Ă  redire, elle est top. Mais la responsable! Non seulement elle ne sait pas dire bonjour. De plus elle invente de nouvelles rĂšgles dans son rĂ©galement en fonction de la tĂȘte des clients. les taxes annoncĂ©es Ă©taient 3 fois plus Ă©levĂ©s sur place car il y a la taxe adhĂ©sion club pour les activitĂ©s. Pour une famille de 2 personnes et 1 ado. Compter presque 70 euros de taxes! L’animation est pauvre et les activitĂ©s limitĂ©es pour un ado! Le cadre est superbe, les logements pratiques et beau mais beaucoup de choses sont Ă  revoir.

Cependant, plusieurs choses ne vont pas (logement V25) : - la ventilation dans la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, et absence de hotte aspirante, d'oĂč les tĂąches d'humiditĂ© au plafond qui doivent commencer Ă  dater - l'isolation phonique du logement, on entend le voisin ronfler comme s'il Ă©tait dans la piĂšce Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Un jour de plusieurs centimĂštres au niveau de la porte d'entrĂ©e, ce qui n'arrange pas l'isolation, et qui de surcroĂźt laisse entrer l'odeur nausĂ©abonde (vomi ?) qui Ă©mane du logement du voisin. - la "terrasse", qui sert aussi d'allĂ©e pour accĂ©der au logement des voisins, et qui devait avoir en tout et pour tout 30 minutes d'ensoleillement dans la journĂ©e. - les oreillers ne sont pas confortables pour moi (beaucoup trop Ă©pais) MalgrĂ© tout, j'ai passĂ© une bonne semaine.

La vue est Ă  couper le souffle !

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able (mais trop court) sĂ©jour dans cette rĂ©sidence en Ă©tĂ©. L'accueil est top et l'ensemble du personnel est trĂšs serviable. C'est vraiment a souligner car tous ont le sourire et se plient en quatre pour vous, mĂȘme en fin de saison. Bonne communication avant la rĂ©servation et pendant le sĂ©jour : des affiches, des SMS chaque jour. La rĂ©sidence est plutĂŽt bien situĂ©e, juste en dessous des Orres 1650. On peut d'ailleurs accĂ©der a la station directement Ă  pieds en 15 minutes en utilisant la piste tout en haut. Nous avons trouvĂ© quelle Ă©tait Ă  taille humaine. Tout est pensĂ© pour les familles et les enfants : salles de jeu, piscine, structure gonflable, toboggans, un enclos avec des chĂšvres... En fin de journĂ©e, il y a toujours une animation pour petits et grands : marchĂ© de producteurs, jeux en bois, Nous avons testĂ© la piscine, rien Ă  dire si ce n'est que la plage avec les transats est sous-dimentionnee et c'est dommage. 6 ou 7 places tout au plus, cela n'encourage pas Ă  rester flĂąner. Nous avons testĂ© le bar au dessus de la piscine mais pas le restaurant par manque de temps. L'offre et les prix ont l'air trĂšs correct, avec des soirĂ©e crĂȘpes, barbecue... Concernant l'appartement, nous Ă©tions dans le bĂątiment BellaVista et il porte bien son nom : la vue est tout simplement splendide et Ă  couper le souffle !!!! Les montagnes environnantes, le lac de serre-ponçon...

TrÚs heureux de notre séjour

Notre sĂ©jour s'est trĂšs bien dĂ©roulĂ©. Le studio pour 4 de 33 m2 avec le coin montagne est situĂ© de plan pied dans la bergerie, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'accueil, de la piscine. Bien qu'une petite rĂ©novation ne soit pas complĂštement inutile, le logement est bien amĂ©nagĂ©, agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©. La terrasse sans vis Ă  vis ( sauf l'enclos des deux petites chĂšvres !) est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec une table de pique-nique en bois, un etendoir ( trĂšs pratique quand on revient de la piscine!). Le personnel est extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able et sympathique. Rien Ă  dire de nĂ©gatif !

SĂ©jour en famille pour un week-end. L’isolation phonique est catastrophique, on vit avec ses voisins. Malheureusement nous n’avions pas le mĂȘme rythme que les personnes du mĂȘme palier. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir... dommage pour un hĂŽtel! Le staff a Ă©tĂ© gentil et comprĂ©hensif mais la solution Ă©tait de nous dĂ©mĂ©nager nous, nous n’avons pas eu envie de toute cette logistique pour 2 jours. A Ă©viter pour les personnes Ă  la recherche d’un lieu calme et paisible. Dommage
