We have recently returned from 2 nights at this hotel with my 2 friends for a friends birthday and had a lovely stay. The rooms are what you would expect for a 2* Hotel; however, the downstairs has been revamped and looks really good. I had breakfast one day and the food was tasty with various options to suit everyone from Yogurts, Croissant/ Pan Au Chocolat to Eggs and Beans. The view of Mont Blanc is gorgeous, and it is lovely to wake up with this view every day. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and kind. They helped us navigate the trains, where to go and any other queries we had. I can't really fault our stay, only thing I would love is a kettle in the rooms for some more cups of tea =D

The hosts and all the staff were very warm and friendly. The shuttle service to and from the ski lifts and the train station made things so easy. Nice fireplace downstairs gives the Chalet a welcoming atmosphere. It’s close to Chamonix, just jump on the FREE train, it’s only a few stops. Definitely a place to come back to .

Absolutely wonderful hotel with the kindest owners. Carina & Vincent couldn’t do enough to make guests feel welcomed. Set back from the road it’s wonderfully quiet. Make sure you get a Mountain View, you won’t be disappointed. We’d definitely stay again.

Vincent and staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. They were even kind enough to allow me to practice my French with them! Though, my review would not do our stay justice if it were in French so English will have to do. Their recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area were top notch. The hotel itself was very charming, affordable, and comfortable. And the breakfast was super! If I’m in the Chamonix-Mont Blanc area again, I will absolutely stay here!

Other than the mountain view and good hospitality, nothing went well with our stay. I do not think they cleaned the room at all before our check-in. As you also can see from the photos, the floor was dirty. There were garbage around. A used towel was hanging behind the bathroom door. The furniture is too old. The carpet needs to be replaced with something new.The room is too small for 4 people. Maybe it is OK for families but for adults, not an ideal place to stay.

The hotel has very nice amenities and views, but the rooms are very small. Additionally, the pictures on Expedia don't accurately represent the reality. It's important to double-check the room size before booking. The room you eventually get may not match what you saw in the pictures. I spoke to the staff about it, and they mentioned that Expedia didn't put the correct pictures on their site. So, don't be surprised if you don't get the exact room you were hoping for.

La chambre, le resto, les petits-déjeuners, le petit vin chaud au coin du feu et la gentillesse du personnel : Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Bonne continuation à vous. Rien à dire sur le personnel très accueillant agréable et sympathique! Le chalet est chaleureux. Les chambres par contre ne sont pas très propres... Trous présents dans le lino et moisi dans le bac de douche (je ne mettrai pas la photo ce n'est pas le but). Stores en bois dans le couloir brulés et cassés par endroits ça fait pas très soigné. Si l'on ne payait pas un prix en rapport avec l'emplacement ça pourrait être un assez bon rapport qualité prix mais ce n'est pas le cas du coup. Le personnel était tellement gentil, qu'on n'a pas osé leur dire.

Formidable ! Accueil très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très souriants. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et copieux. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel, c’était délicieux (très bon rapport qualité prix). Quant à la vue elle est à couper le souffle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
