Noisy machinery working through the night. Some sort of pumping? Kept me awake. Shower was very low pressure. No cleaning materials provided, I had to buy and leave behind. Otherwise ok.

Très bon établissement, confortable et avec un accueil chaleureux. Un bémol tout de même regrettable sur la propreté des espaces communs (couloirs et ascenseurs un peu sales) et conditions d’hygiène dans l’espace piscines/spas à revoir. L’établissement est bien situé et offre des services très intéressants

Pour une arrivée tardive, on m'explique que je trouverai les clefs dans un coffre. Arrivée 1h du matin, rien dans le coffre, personne de joignable, obligé de dormir ailleurs Véritable harcèlement pour effectuer l'état des lieux "Pas avant 9h" alors que mon vol est à 9h à lyon, pour qu'au final la personne ne se présente même pas Certainement ma pire expérience en résidence en 10 ans d'organisation de voyage d'affaires
