victime de surbooking, nous avons été prévenus à notre arrivée (21h30) après 5 heures de route que nous n'étions pas à l'hôtel Turan pour le weekend (réservation faite 1 mois et demi auparavant). C'est une honte de traiter les clients de cette manière!!!

Skis aux pieds

Idéalement situé pour du ski aux pieds. Chambre grande propre et moderne. Petit déjeuner simple et pas très varié, lassant dès le 3ème jour. Accueil sympa. Le hameau est sympa car pas de voiture et sur les pistes de ski mais peu de commerces. Signal Wifi très faible.

Really nice, ski in ski out property and excellent value for money. Rooms were good size and in good condition and breakfast was good for what we paid.

My husband, myself and r two son's went here for one of r sobs 21st birthdays. We found it a wonderful hotel. All the staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us all. We would highly recommend this hotel and it was right near the ski slopes. It was friendly, very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, and a big thanku to, the cleaner and, Valentina.

WIFIは故障、エレベーターも故障、SPAは事前予約必要で、予約したらジャグジーは使えないと直前に通知。。スキー場へのアクセスは良かったですが、設備が残念でした。またシングルベッド2台、2段ベッド1台で予約したのに、ダブルのソファーベッドになっていました。（クレームして部屋を取り換えてもらいましたが。）ホテルというよりロッジと思ったほうがいいですね。

Fantastic location for Skiing

Really good location for Skiing, the boot room comes out next to the Village ski lift, which isn't too busy. Hotel relativity clean - a little mould in the room; WiFi didn't really work. Staff were all very pleasant and welcoming.

ottimo soggiorno

ottimo albergo per sciatori praticamente attaccato alla seggiovia, ottimo servizio, personale cordiale e simpatico, posizione molto comoda con parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito (utile in caso di nevicate e temperature rigide) con accesso diretto all'hotel, apprezzato anche lo sconto del 30% con negozio convenzionato per l'affitto di tavole e sci, qualità del cibo media, stanze pulite e funzionali, unica pecca (per me che sono fumatore) l'assenza di balcone, ma tutto sommato ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo.

Bien situé / chambre médiocre

Chambre terriblement mal insonorisée la laisser ouverte serait pareil ou mettre un rideau en guise de porte . Sans mentir c’est l’équivalent et encore d’un formule1 Petite chambre pour deux , lit pas confortable. Pas de télé la première nuit absente de la chambre . Situation géographique pas contre intéressante, à côté des loueurs de ski et des remontés mécaniques . D’autres hôtel sont situées à côté avec du confort en plus ça pourrait être plus sympa .

Chambre pas conforme à l'annonce dans sa taille! Les prestations : 3 chaines sur la TV (satellite annoncé) Odeur de transpiration et de renfermé murs sales Personnel visiblement habitué des diverses duperies de l’hôtel ne peux rien pour vous... Tous les commerçants du quartier vous le dirons, ils en entendent parlé tout les jours de clients mécontent!

Les points forts: Hôtel très bien situé,au pied de la remonté mécanique "le village", location équipement et skipass à coté également, parking souterrain très commode, chambre propre et agréable (attention certaines plus petites que d'autres)personnels agréable. Les points faibles: -Couette du lit 2 personnes était en fait 2 couettes pour 1 personne.... embêtant tout de même ! -Équipement de la chambre très sobre et vieillissant -Pas mal de bruit la nuit tard à cause des fêtards, d'où le titre, hôtel pour jeunes ! -Éviter le SPA qui n'est vraiment pas très propre (cheveux, et autres particules flottantes non identifiées, pas de vestiaire, ni de nettoyage entre chaque passage.... Donc si vous voulez être près des pistes et que le bruit ne vous dérange pas, le tout a un prix abordable en se débrouillant pour trouver la bonne offre alors allez y ! PS : Hotel pour jeune peu regardant ! a bon entendeur
