Gostei bastante do hotel. Ele tem uma ótima localização na cidade. Me hospedei para ir ao show do artista Belo, na Stone House, e por coincidência fiquei no mesmo hotel que a equipe do artista. O hotel oferece serviços internos e conta com um restaurante no lobby. Porém, o que mais me deixou preocupada foi a piscina. Apesar de ter uma boa extensão e profundidade média de 1 metro, ela não possui uma escada segura para entrada e saída. O único degrau disponível é muito alto, escorregadio e ainda apresenta uma leve inclinação, dificultando bastante o acesso à água. Além disso, o telefone da área não funciona e, infelizmente, não há muitos funcionários circulando pelo andar, mesmo sendo próximo à lavanderia. O café da manhã é simples, porém muito gostoso e acolhedor. Destaque para o pão de queijo, que é delicioso e bem cremoso. Há uma boa variedade de pães, duas opções de suco, duas de iogurte, granola, cereal, quatro opções de frutas, peito de peru, queijo muçarela, queijo minas, creme de ricota, dois tipos de bolo, salgadinhos, ovos mexidos, salsicha, café, leite quente , água quente, achocolatado, cappuccino e chá. Fui muito bem atendida e recebida por todos. Recomendo tanto para famílias quanto para empresários ou pessoas que estejam na cidade a passeio.

Vamos começar com os positivos. O café da manhã é muito completo e de ótima qualidade. Fizemos uma refeição no restaurante do hotel que também surpreendeu positivamente. Porém, o hotel estava cheio e não tinha lugar na garagem. O carro precisou dormir na rua e uma das noites com alguma distância do hotel a pé. Agora falando dos quartos, estes precisam uma melhora urgente. O armário do quarto que fiquei estava mofado com cheiro de mofo invadindo o quarto. A cama, de mola, estava muito, mas muito usada, com o colchão deformado, fazendo barulho em cada movimento do corpo. Duas noites mal dormidas pelo mal cheiro de mofo e cama ruim. Limpeza estava OK mas alegaram ao entrar que como o hotel estava cheio não iriam conseguir fazer limpeza diária. Ou seja, ficamos duas noites sem que ninguém fosse arrumar o quarto ou mesmo trocar toalhas, quando pedimos novas, disseram que estavam sem. Enfim, a experiência foi aquém do esperado, pois embora a parte de alimentação estivesse acima da expectativa, o quarto, cama e serviço de limpeza estiveram bem abaixo pelo valor pago.
