great experience

Super staff. I booked this hotel for my son who was attending a convention in Leon. Since he did not check in until the convention ended he was a little late. The hotel called to make sure he was okay and not lost or in need of help. It was clean and nice. The location was super convenient and not on a crowded street. My son was very pleased with the whole experience.

I can’t even describe how dirty the room was. The toilet had blood and excrement around the bowl. There were pubic hairs everywhere. The toilet seat had strings of toilet paper on it like someone just wiped their butt there and left. The bed had been used and sheets not changed. Kitchen abandoned. Complete nightmare!

No me mostraron la habitación que pensé haber contratado, aunque el encargado del hotel, amablemente me mostró las habitaciones y acepté una de ellas por que ya no tenia opción. me quedé enjabonado en la regadera por falta de agua. el depósito del baño tira agua continuamente no tuve acceso a la TV. Tuve que solicitar jabón para el baño.

Fue muy bueno que tuviera refri, horno y parrilla. No me gustó que me obligaran a pagar doblé porque al chico de recepción no le reflejaba mi pago por Expedia y solo pude pasar una noche porque no había señal en el televisor.

Muy sucio!!

Muy sucia la habitacion. En especial el baño, las paredes llenas de hongos, no habia agua caliente. El ventilador con peluza no se de cuantos años. La verdad fue una terrible decepcion pues lo escogimos por la cercania al centro y por los buenos comentarios, pero la verdad fue decepcionante. Nunca me volveria a quedar ahi. Las camas regulares,no cambian sabanas, cuenta con refrigerador, y microhondas, pero se ve que no los limpian tampoco.

Os los recomiendo!

Este hotel está muy bueno, su ubicación esta perfecta para el Poliforum, solo 10 min a pie, las habitaciones están espaciosas, la cocina un poco vieja, pero funciona todo bien, limpio, silencioso y las camas super confortables. ¡El precio está muy bien para todo esto! Os lo recomiendo.
