A lovely hotel on the Plaza Mayor. Our room was in the new wing, and it was very very nice. The plaza is undergoing work, so the location wasn’t as nice as when my wife’s sister stayed recently, but it’s close to everything, so no biggy.

I spent two nights at this hotel and loved it. The location is perfect—right in the Plaza Mayor, close to everything. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location is terrific. The room was terrific. Sylvia, the receptionist, was very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the area around the main plaza is run down and a bit unkept and dirty. The hotel is well located to the main attractions; Casa Botines and the Cathedral.
