Overall, this day was OK we felt safe. The staff was somewhat friendly, but the only thing that made me frustrated and disappointed was the fact that when I reserved this hotel, it said breakfast included that is a lie. They will charge you every day and coffee is charged too. I spoke to the general manager and he did not listen. I will not be staying here anymore because of the fact.

Where do I begin? The desk staff aside from valet parking attendant were unfriendly. Thank goodness the parking valet was able to assist me although limited in English - which was understandable. The room was dirty: floor was not mopped (wearing white socks reveal that fact), no blanket just sheets, mold on roof of bathroom, no light bulbs in two lamps leaving only one working, hotel location really..really sketchy, television installed on top of a clothing closet which caused neck cramps just to watch it in addition to the constant buffering due to poor internet/wifi. I will NEVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotels going forward.

Asistimos al Festival de Voleibol, afortunadamente solo dormíamos en el hotel. No lo recomiendo porque el personal de recepción NO SON ATENTOS, contestan entre dientes o hasta te ignoran. Si te llegas a hospedar, lleva tu ventilador o compra uno a tu llegada, toda la semana reportamos que el aire acondicionado no servía y jamás lo solucionaron. Las toallas que te dejan están súper desgastadas, rotas de tanto uso. Ojo hablo desde mi experiencia.

No tenían mi reservación, me tuve q contactar con el servicio al cliente de hoteles.com, tuve que dejar un depósito extra de $500 pesos por el tema de que no tenían mi reservación, la persona del lobby con muy mala actitud y sin ganas de ayudar con lo de la reservación comentó que ellos no tenían la reservación y que hoteles.com solo era un intermediario y que lo viera con ellos, cuarto olía feo, la llave para entrar al cuarto me la dieron desprogramada, la televisión no servía. Además mi reservación decía que incluía el desayuno tipo Buffet y en el hotel me dijeron que no era cierto. No regresaría a ese hotel y probablemente nunca más vaya a reservar en un Howard Johnson.
