Great location. Nice staff. Hammocks to relax in and communal kitchen. Room was basic but to be expected for the bargain price and had everything you need. No air con but did have a very effective fan. Good wifi. Shower ok. Great value for money. Would stay again.

We did get the room that only has a standing fan which was extremely loud. There were other rooms with different fans that were more quiet. Otherwise great location, everything walkable, it was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was fine but starts only at 8am.

If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing. Leon is the hottest city in the country, and also breakfast was not included in room price. Cannot recommend, although staff seemed friendly and location was good.
