Everyone was super nice but the property is older and furniture (beds mainly) are outdated. Our room had a tiny window and no AC. Juat a big fan.

Este Hotel requiere ACTUALIZACION URGENTE, tiene buena ubicacion pero NO HAY INTERNET en las HABITACIONES, hay que bajar a la RECEPCION para poder tener WIFI , no llegan los mensajes de WHATSAPP, ni se pueden realizar VIDEOLLAMADAS desde la habitacion... etc etc. EL AGUA tarda MUCHISIMO tiempo en Salir CALIENTE, Mientra no se ACTUALICEN, NO LO RECOMIENDO DE NINGUNA MANERA. Tuve que estar usando mis Datos del CELULAR, no pude utilizar mi computadora para atender a mis pacientes, etc. Hay OTRAS OPCIONES ALREDEDOR que SI TIENEN estos SERVICIOS, cuentan con VARIAS LINEAS DE INTERNET para Cubrir TODO EL HOTEL en todos los cuartos y Areas,

Los cuartos son aceptables pero les falla la configuración de las llaves por lo que es posible que los cambien a un cuarto de llave regular. Agua caliente excelente, servicio de TV regular ya que el volumen no permitía regularlo desde la TV.

No reconocían mi reservación me dejaron esperando más de 20 min y me decían que porque usaba aplicaciones cuando pude pagar directo en el hotel No obstante después de eso fueron a tocar la puerta de la habitación a las 10:25 de la noche para pedirme que quitara mi comentario del hotel en las redes lo cual se me hizo de muy mal gusto no dejan descansar Pésimo Las personas de recepción carecen de educación

Pésimo hotel

El hotel parece de paso, las sábanas estaban sucias, las paredes del cuarto sucias y maltratadas, cabellos por todas partes, no tiene aire acondicionado, ni ventilación, en la recepción me comentaron que el agua caliente sale después de que se tirara mucha, el estacionamiento no es suficiente. Es un pésimo hotel

Actitud del servicio horrible, hablan con un tono prepotente y altanero, se le pidió jabón y shampoo, contestó de una forma fuerte alegando que ya había allá sobres de shampoo y jabón y no era así. Asi mismo por el hecho de haber reservado por hoteles.com había un trato diferente y de desdén, al igual que no quisieron facturar porque el pago que se hizo a la app no se los pagan a ellos.
