Unwelcoming. They changed my rate when I arrived and they wanted me to pay more. Their breakfast is the worst one of all the City Express hotels I've stayed at. Staff went through my things. Not satying there again.

Dos cosas que necesita mejorar este hotel primero ante la emergencia de falta de energía eléctrica no tienen activado algún sistema de bienestar para el huésped 1 los elevadores se desconfiguraron no había un acceso inmediato cuando bajabas de las escaleras de emergencia salías al estacionamiento y no había un ingreso de forma inmediata al hotel le falta mejorar esa coordinación de ingreso ante la emergencia y fallas de los elevadores 2. Si bien es cierto que era un desayuno ligero demasiado ligero diría yo con pocas opciones y de mala calidad. Pedí un desayuno a la carta relación costo satisfacción mucho por desear entre la presentación el sabor y la calidad. Realmente no recomiendo el desayuno a la carta en el hotel, yo el siguiente día tuve que tomar un desayuno de forma inmediata en Vips o en Toks que te gastas menos de lo del hotel y con mejor calidad y sabor

Marqué a la operadora muchas veces para reportar falla en el aire y nunca contestaron, baje y lo reporte 5 veces segun lo repararon pero nunca enfrió. En el desayuno tienes que solocitar que rellenen tanto comida como trastes ya que no lo hacen, dejan acomular todos los trastes sucios generando una mala imagen.
