Amazing customer service from the staff. Rooms were modern and clean. Continental breakfast was not what we anticipated, especially the coffee after staying at other City Express locations in Mexico. Location was great and the view from our room even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a standard business hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking the soccer stadium and huge conference center. Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was standard.

The best in Leon for quick trip

I have stayed many times with them normally the check in is fast and efficient, and they have been giving me my room like 2 hours early , they are the best, also it is super convenient located and very close of the bus station

I’m not happy with the stay, our room the lock didn’t work it would just open without a key I ask the manager she was rude and never send somebody to fix the issue. During check out the elevator didn’t work we had to come down the stairs and to top it off the exit of the stairs take you to the back of the hotel we had to walk all around the hotel to do the check out. And had to walk the ramp where the car come in to get to the car due to the elevator not working and is the only way to get to the car. Location is good but service is not. Breakfast is only sandwich everyday that’s it and the waiter gets upset if you ask for plates or anything is missing.

Do NOT stay here!! The air conditioning wasn't working in my room. When I contacted the front desk, the emplyee told me she couldn't guarantee that it could be fixed and offered a 100% refund if wanted to check out. I checked out and was assured me that a 100% refund would be issued. I asked for a written confirmation, and she said she could give me one because it was booked through an agency. Now,the refund hasn't been issued and they aren't responding to my inquiries.

Al llegar no me respetaron el Check in anticipado que tenia mi reservacion y el personal del lobby no me registro mis 2 habitaciones al momento de la entrega tuve que volver hacer otro registro. Otra cosa que no me gustó mucho fue su buffet la verdad se me hizo muy pobre ya que solo tenía chilaquiles y con faltan te de queso y crema, solo 1 guisado de huevo, muy poca fruta y o había otras opciones las máquinas del café no funcionaban. El hotel al parecer tenía lleno y no se porque no se prepararon para ofrecer un buen desayuno buffet a sus huéspedes.
