Horário do restaurante, bar e piscina.

Apesar de ser um hotel agradável, mas algumas coisas poderiam ser melhor, principalmente em função do preço cobrado. Ponto negativo. Piscina, bar da piscina e restaurante só funcionam até as 22 horas. Poderia ser até as 24 horas, principalmente em fins de semana e feriados longos

Sem medo de errar

Excelente estadia, hotel com boa infraestrutura, bem cuidado, com piscina, restaurante, estacionamento, próximo a várias atrações e a uma pequena caminhada do centro, quartos com bom tamanho, café da manhã variado e bem servido. Destacaria o atendimento e disponibilidade dos funcionários, desde as camareiras, garçons, atendentes até o gerente, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Ficaria outras vezes.

A única queixa é o horário do café da manhã que encerra às 9h30 e caso vc chegue às 9h25, só terá 5 minutos para tomar o café da manhã, pois eles retiram tudo antes das 9h40.

O hotel é excelente e muito confortável. Único porém foi a falta de flexibilidade em nos ajudarem com um café da manhã (mesmo que simples) um pouco mais cedo, já que precisamos sair às 6:00 para um passeio, e o café começa as 7:00 (tarde para um lugar em que para alguns passeios é necessário sair bem cedo). A recepcionista disse que naada poderia fazer.

Hotel novo. Tem muito a melhorar.

Logo na chegada ao Hotel, a recepcionista falou que o site ainda não tinha passado a reserva para eles. Esperamos mais de meia hora para conhecer o quarto. Até aí tudo bem. Mais tarde houve uma queda de energia na cidade toda. Porém todos os Hoteis do mesmo porte, com valores de diárias equivalentes estavam com seus geradores eletricos funcionando e atendendo seus hóspedes. Não da pra pagar caro e ter esse tipo problema. Pagamos mais para sermos bem acolhidos. Quando questionado o recepcionista disse q não estavam esperando por isso e o gerador estava sem combustivel. Parece brincadeira. Quem espera uma queda de energia? Isso tem q ser preventivo. Tinha um pé de manga carregado no estacionamento do Hotel. Não tinha sinalização, nenhuma placa informando sobre o perigo de cair uma fruta no veículo. E foi o que aconteceu. Caiu uma manga no para-brisa do meu carro, quebrando o mesmo. Eu e minha mulher saímos muito decepcionados. A "administração" foi informada de todos esses problemas, enviei foto do carro, do vidro quebrado, mas nada foi resolvido, nem sequer respondido. Sou frequentador nato de Lençóis, e , jamais indicarei esse hotel a alguém. Uma viagem de lazer frustrada.

Tudo ok, porém com pouca empatia com os clientes

Tive um problema com o aluguel do carro em Salvador no domingo, e não pude chegar no hotel no dia reservado. Tentei por mais de 8 vezes ligar nos dois telefones informados pelo Google e pelo Hoteis.com, sem sucesso de contato com a acomodação. Na segunda-feira, cheguei por volta do meio dia, fiz o check in, o hotel tinha apenas mais um quarto ocupado. Pedi um upgrade de quarto, já que não havia dormido uma noite e nem tomado o café da manhã, porém não me deram o upgrade... Fiquei até quinta feira, quando o hotel tinha apenas mais 2 quartos alugados... Minha impressão foi que poderiam ter me acolhido um pouco melhor, afinal, perdi uma diária e o café, e tive que gastar em outra cidade. Resumo: dentre as obrigações do Hotel foi tudo ok, nada que desabone, limpeza boa, café da manhã bom, porém senti que poderiam ter se importado um pouco melhor com os clientes, ainda mais depois de ter sofrido alguns interpéries, poderiam ter dado o upgrade visto que o hotel estava vazio (detalhe, pedi mais de uma vez).

Prima verblijf maar mindere service

Het verblijf was op zich prima. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Bediening en het eten bij het restaurant was redelijk. We waren wel teleurgesteld in gebrek aan meebewegen/coulant zijn toen wij door vluchtvertraging een dag later aan kwamen dan gepland. We hebben nog wel zoals geboekt 2 nachten verbleven, alleen dus een dag later. Zodra de vertraging bekend was, hebben we het hotel hiervan geïnformeerd. Helaas moesten we voor deze niet genoten nacht toch de volle mep betalen.
