There was virtually no one else staying in this large hotel when we were there which gave a bit of an odd sense. Rooms were super comfortable, breakfast was too big for us to eat, and the quietness around was lovely. We had trouble communicating and understanding the property and the shuttle to the town was not operating so we had to walk up the hill every evening after deal - not a big deal, but you arrived back hot and sticky every evening. We were looking for some help with hiking trails and where to see wildlife and did not receive that. The town is beautiful and we found some great food choices, but again nothing recommended by the hotel.

Tive uma grata surpresa com o hotel. Ele estava muito bem conservado, ficamos em um bangalô muito confortável. A piscina maravilhosa, serviço na Piscina tb bom. O café da manhã com muitas opções e gentileza das pessoas que trabalham por lá. A única observação que eu faria é a academia. Precisa dar uma renovada. O parque infantil estava com a Manutenção em dia, mas meio sem gracinha. Mas a hospedagem foi ótima de modo geral e ficamos bastante satisfeitos.

pontos positivos: - atendimento dos funcionários, em especial João Vitor e o jovem Artur. - espaço verde, tranquilo, ótima piscina, excelente café da manhã. - boas opções de drinks e petiscos pontos negativos: - não confiem no transfer do hotel para o centro. Nos deixou na mão. - ar condicionado com temperatura "fixa" de 24°C. - mau contato de interruptores - o serviço de arrumação do quarto atrasa bastante. Em resumo: o hotel precisa de uma geral no sistema elétrico e renovação de alguns equipamentos, principalmente o da refrigeração. Fizemos queixa da ausência do transfer (tem horários definidos), mas a recepção ignorou nossa reclamação. Não recebemos sequer um pedido de desculpas.

Horrível. O hotel está abandonado. A piscina está com as cadeiras cheias de limo e pedi um camarão alho e óleo que eles cobram caríssimo e foi o pior que já comi na vida, um camarão inteiro e ainda mandaram uns só a cabeça em um prato mal feito. O chuveiro estava frio e precisei reclamar várias vezes e ainda tomei banho frio até consertarem. O gerente ninguém achou e não apareceu, mas dizem que tem. No quarto a mobília tem cupim. Enfim, é um hotel grande, caríssimo para o que oferece e a sensação é que está naquele modo ""o último que sair apague a luz"". E sem esquecer que o telefone do quarto não funciona.

O hotel pecou e muito na relação com o cliente. Houve um problema na agua e já no próprio check in, não informaram, só descobrimos durante a estadia. Ficamos sem água quente em um ambiente frio, por 2 dias, e no último trouxeram um balde de agua quente. A recepção insistia em dizer que já estava voltando a funcionar e por vezes que já tinha voltado. Desrespeito total! E um hotel que cobra caro pela diária, na opção cama de casal, na verdade são 2 de solteiro juntas, ou seja no meio da noite as camas se afastam. Péssima experiência. Restaurante que cobram caro pelo serviço de alimentação mas fecham a cozinha 22h

Sossego na baixa temporada

Viajei no final de maio de 2023. Hotel praticamente nosso na baixa temporada, tranquilo, espacoso. Boa variedade no café da manhã. Se o destino for Chapada Diamantina e descanso, o hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura pra isso. Do hotel para o centro é uma descida de asfalto de 10 min. À noite, tinha transfer de meia em meia hora. Ajudou bastante. Pra quem fez os passeios durante o dia, deixa a noite mais leve. Destaque para os funcionários: todos muito atenciosos e educados. Se prefir tapioca, fazem! Pontos negativos: Precisa assinar na recepção pra pegar o secador (acabei dispesando) e a chave da esteira (academia). E quando chegamos à noite, não havia transfer pra pegar a gente na rodoviária. Faltou ajuda. Não tem esse serviço. Foi chato. Mas tem um taxista, chamado Caio, muiiito simpático que nos ajudou. E foi pontual quando tivemos que deixar a cidade. Enfim, são pontos que podem ser melhorados pela infraestrutura e preço cobrado.

Espera mais do hotel Portal Lençóis! Atendimento ruim, total desprezo com o hóspede. Tratamento na recepção bastante ruim, viajei com minha família com isso tínhamos bagagem, contudo nenhum colaborador se predispôs a nos ajuda tampouco a encaminhar ao nosso quarto. Apenas informaram a direção e seguimos à procura da acomodação com nossas malas e mochilas. Tivemos uma boa impressão das Senhoras Camareiras ,que após solicitação, fomos orientados a direção correta das acomodações que por sinal bastante antigas e com aparência de descuido.Um ponto positivo é o café da manhã e transfer a noite até o centro da cidade.

Hotel em evidente decadência

É fácil perceber que o Portal Lençóis já foi um bom hotel (tem boa estrutura: piscina, sauna, academia, sala de jogos e espaço holístico), mas está em condições precaríssimas de manutenção (móveis velhos, banheiro com aparência de sujo - embora estivesse limpo - e outros equipamentos em evidente deterioração que já deveriam ter sido substituídos). Além do mais, precisei reclamar três vezes de um vazamento no banheiro para só no final do segundo dia da minha estada darem uma solução. O cartão para entrar no quarto travava. Trocaram por um quebrado e após outra reclamação voltaram a me entregar o primeiro cartão, o que tornava o ato de entrar no quarto uma novela. No segundo dia cheguei de volta ao hotel após a meia-noite e os portões estavam fechados. Gritei e bati no portão, mas ninguém abriu. O interfone também não funciona. Fiquei 10 mins sob chuva e só consegui entrar após ligar para a recepção do hotel do meu celular. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento na recepção é cordial.
