3 nætter booket. Indtjekning uden nogen form for vejledning (måtte b.la. spørge til havde tid morgenmad serveres samt parkring) - morgenmaden er under standard, dårligt udvalg og ringe kvalitet. Ved en fejl i deres system var der ved indtjekning booket 2 værelser (den ene dog kunne annulleres). Hotellet er godt beliggende men dårlig vedligeholdt. Der er meget støj fra gange og vægge eller dør ikke er isoleret. Generelt bare lydt fra øvrige gæster og rengøring. Efter 2 nætter hvor jeg er ude med børn over dagen kommer jeg retur til at alle vores ejendele er pakket sammen i receptionen da de har booket et større selskab ind og de har lavet en fejl i booking (jeg får at vide at de har forsøgt at kontakte mig flere gange - der er ingen opkald og de har ikke mit nummer eller mail i systemet). Det er så overladt til en yngre medarbejder som ikke har pakket vores ejendele at give beskeden til os at vi ikke kan bo på hotellet mere men vi kan købe et værelse på andet hotel til en væsentlig højere pris. Det takker vi nej til og mine børn og jeg overnattede hos bekendte. Det er selvsagt for dårligt men mest grænseoverskridende er at personalet uden videre har låst sig ind, pakket vores ejendele sammen og der så er tjekket nye gæster ind på samme værelse. De beklager fejlen men jeg er helt forundret. Bestemt første og sidste gang - kan bestemt ikke anbefales. Betalte således for 2 nætter med en kompensation på 400kr for besværet.

Hotellet fremstår rent og velholdt, og personalet er venligt og imødekommende. Parkeringsforholdene er gode og let tilgængelige. Værelset er af standardtype, men helt fint til en enkelt overnatning. TV‑udvalget er dog meget begrænset. Morgenmaden er god og giver et positivt startpunkt på dagen.
