“I took my 89 year old Mom who's in a wheelchair along with her two caregivers. They stayed in room 6 and I stayed in room 5. The staff was super helpful in lifting her in her wheelchair so she was able to enter and leave the dining room as there were stairs. The rooms were very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. It was nice that our rate included breakfast. All in all, an excellent stay!”

“The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. ”

We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. I won't go into details because this was eventually sorted after several calls close to midnight. “The location is perfect for the view of Taal volcano and lake. The room was comfortable but some items were missing such as toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would happily pass it as a suggestion to others ”
