Vacations Close To Leisure Club and Spa at Macdonald Cardrona Hotel

On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

The room was very spacious and attractive, and the air conditioning worked great! I really appreciated the kitchen area with everything from a coffee maker to a fridge to a dishwasher! The bed is a bit firm, but not to the point of negatively affecting one’s sleep. The staff are very kind and worked hard to support requests. I am also very satisfied with the location- it’s close enough to be convenient, but not in the middle of the noisy, touristy areas. I do wish the bathroom counter space was bigger as there wasn’t much space to lay things out, but that’s certainly not a deal breaker! I would definitely stay here again!

Really rather impeccable! Great location to explore Edinburgh from - close enough to the action (Royal Mile, Palace, Greyfriars) but never felt too noisy or busy. Fit out and quality was exceptional. Great comfortable beds with high quality linens, plenty of storage, separate kitchen/living space was very useful, the laundry was a great bonus and communication was 10/10. Definitely recommend.

Room was lovely and quiet. Nice touches included like the tablet. Did expect AC as it was a windowless basement room - too hot and no way to ventilate.

Virgin Hotel Edinburgh is the place to stay while visiting this city! It's location on Victoria Street is central to everything and in tbe heart of the town. The customer service in the hotel is outstanding, truly white glove. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This was the most spacious accommodations. We had our entire time in the UK. it was conveniently located within steps to the bus station and other shops. The view out of the window in the living room was amazing.
