We upgraded to a family size room it was great. Read the instructions for check in, as it closes around 7pm, you then need instructions to enter. Parking for 8 cars only, but Zoo parking is close by. Close enough to old town to walk to. Fridge and safe in room.

Wir konnten gut online einschecken. Hatten vorher eine Mail für den Türcode bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Personal, an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist auch eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle, ganz in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns sehr. Wir waren 2 Nächte.

Das gesamte Team war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt. Leider haben uns die Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen, zu klein zu verwinkelt. Das Bad schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders ansprechend. Dafür ist die Lage zentral zwischen Innenstadt und Gohlis gelegen.

Die Straße ist falsch angegeben. Die Adresse des Parkhauses ist gar nicht angegeben. Sie entspricht auch nicht der Hoteladresse. Es gibt kein Schild das auf einen Parkplatz hinweist. Auch die Tatsache, dass es eine Tiefgarage ist, also man nach einem Tor Ausschau halten muss, ist nicht angegeben. Trotz falscher Buchung (nachweislich technischer Fehler) durch hotels.com verweigerte man die Stornierung! Vor Ort gab es nur eine Kontaktmöglichkeit und zwar per unauffälligem unbeschildertem "Telefon" außen am Gebäude. Auch dies konnte keinen Kontakt zur Firma, sondern nur zu einem Dienstleiste für Standardinfos, aufbauen. Also für mich und diesen Dienstleister und hotels.com stand keinerlei Kontakt zur Verfügung. Dieses Telefon hat so schlechten Empfang, dass mich die Gegenseite quasi gar nicht verstehen konnte. Es gab auch keinen Rückruf und der Verbindungsaufbau dauerte im Durchschnitt meiner 5 erfolgreichen Versuche bei über 3 Minuten. Der vorher bestellt Code für die Tiefgarage wurde mir einfach niemals - auch nicht nach mehrfacher Nachfrage per E-Mail - geschickt. Auch der zum Check-In nötige Buchungscode wurde nie an mich versendet. Somit hatte ich überhaupt keine Chance, mein Zimmer zu benutzen und musste ein ordentliches Hotel suchen! Die Rezeption war ebenfalls mindestens seit 21:10 nicht besetzt, obwohl deren Infos hier und ihre eigene Telefonansage behaupten, dass sie bis 22:00 besetzt wäre. Es gab nie eine Entschuldigung für irgendetwas hiervon!

Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet. Hinsichtlich Freundlichkeit des Personals und Sauberkeit des Zimmers gibt es keine Kritikpunkte. Lediglich bei der Anreise mit dem Kfz sollte bedacht werden, dass scheinbar nur eine geringe Anzahl an Parkplätzen zur Verfügung steht. Bei der Buchung war es nicht möglich, einen Parkplatz zu reservieren. Lösung des Problems: Parkhaus am Zoo nutzen..12 €/24h.

Ein schönes Hotel mit moderner Einrichtung in günstiger Lage. Unser Balkonzimmer im obersten Stockwerk war sehr geräumig, vor allem auch im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Zoo und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen, aber auch eine Haltestelle des ÖPNV ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
