Very clean but compact apartment. Had pretty much anything one needs for a stay of one to four days; anything longer and once would probably start feeling claustrophobic. Great location, very convenient to center of city, transportation, and the main train station. Would definitely stay here again.

This was reasonable for the price, and comfortable. The room is small but very efficient, and fine for one person. I appreciate the kitchen area. Check in online was a mess due to the poor design of the app, but checking in at the site was not a problem. The tablet in the room didn't work, so I'm not really sure what it was for. I would stay here again.

First impressions are always important, as they mark your whole experience at a hotel . Check in on line did not work. Upon arrival at the flat, self check in did not work either . Fortunately the reception was open and I finally was able to do it . There the bad impression begun . Staff was not nice , not a bit welcoming. I was asked to pay the city tax upon arrival . That is a normal procedure in all hotels . No problem with that . The issue was that when I asked for a receipt for that payment, they looked at me and said it was not possible at that moment, that I would get the receipt when I checked out!! That is a complete absurd ! If I pay something I must have a receipt issued right away . I’ve read reviews ( many in fact ) of customers that had to pay for city taxes again ( at check out ) as the hotel claimed it hadn’t been paid! It was very unpleasant having to practically start an argument just to get my receipt! After that unpleasant welcome reception, most of my stay was contaminated by just remembering the fact . One time I went into the reception to ask for some information about the town , the staff was again cold and unfriendly , almost to the point of being rude ! The location of the flat is good , the rooms are nice and big , but all of that was not enough to make me forget the first and the following contacts I had with the girl and the young man at the reception desk . They need to be better trained to do their job ! Will never go back to the place !

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr zentral gelegen. ABER: wir haben eine Babybett bestellt und auch grundsätzlich erhalten, nur OHNE Matratze! Leider war abends kein Servicepersonal erreichbar (wurde mit einer Person in Münchener Zentrale verbunden). Auch am nächsten Tag haben wir trotz Bekanntgabe keine Matratze erhalten. Meine Tochter hatte somit kein Bett…sehr schade.

部屋は綺麗で快適でした。ローケーションも良く観光地まで殆ど徒歩で行けます。ただ、朝食が1人10ユーロでパン，バター，ジャム，飾り程度のフルーツのみで全て部屋に持ち込まなくてはならないのは残念でした。スタッフも、「これは高いよね」とコメントしてました。 朝食は付けない方が良いと思います。

Rommet var fint, ganske nyoppusset. Bra renhold, god service. Beliggenhet veldig sentralt i Leipzig, det gjorde også at det var utrolig mye bråk i gata utenfor og man hørte tog og trikk lngt utover natten. Derfor dårlig søvn. Sistnevnte også fordi aircondition ikke virka så vi måtte sove med åpne vindu, og da mere bråk enn om vinduene kunne vært lukket
