“El hotel tiene su encanto, pero falta un ascensor lo cual cree dificultades con el equipaje para una persona mayor. El cuarto de baño necesita una ducha movible. Sólo había desayuno continental por problemas en la cocina. Creo que es caro por lo que se ofrece.”

“Simon, the landlord, was personable and very helpful. We had both dinner and breakfast which were very nice. Our room was fine and the bathroom facilities adequate. The property generally could do with a bit of tlc but, that said, we had a nice stay.”

“Great location for us (friends in Denford) Beverley (the owner) was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little greasy for me. Quite a heavy farm smell in the morning.”

“We try and come here every year, the staff of both the hotel and the spa are lovely. The place is a little tired but that only adds to its charm. First time we’ve been charged for robes which has never happened before (they’re usually provided in the room). We were quite surprised given we’d already spent a considerable amount on spa treatments and the weekend break itself.”

“El hotel esta bien para una o 2 noches, cerca de la carretera y de fácil aparcamiento. Además hay muchas opciones de comida en el mismo predio. Lo recomiendo, el personal muy amable y atento. Faltaría un poco de almacenaje o estanterías para colocar la ropa, pero como dije antes es un hotel para 1 o 2 noches.”

“Very nice room on the first floor - spacious, clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains were really good and the room was very quiet. Nice fluffy towels. My only gripe is having to pay £5 a night to park - having already paid for the hotel I object to having to pay extra to park.”
