Our room was first class as was the staff we met. We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging £38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We won’t be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct).

Our stay was outstanding. We booked a dog friendly room and upon arrival we had a large dog bed, biscuits and water already set up in the room which was thoughtful and welcoming. The room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The views from the room were lovely. It was a 10/10 stay and we would definitely return. Also nothing was too much trouble, I spoke to Ella before we arrived and she resolved all of my queries straight away and was so friendly.

Lovely convenient location. Very clean and freshly renovated. Staff very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. We were given an upgrade to a deluxe seaview room which was very well equipped and comfortable. Car parking might be a problem as it is limited and the suites and high grade rooms get a space reserved. They kindly saved us a space as we needed disabled access.
