“We stayed here for one night on our way to Minehead and it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. On arrival, we were greeted by a sign saying the hotel was under refurbishment and there was no air conditioning. This was never mentioned when we booked. “We loved the location of the hotel across from the beautiful park and walking distance to all amenities. Breakfast was good plenty of choices to suit most people. Overall our stay was good and I would recommend it to friends and family. X”
