Excellent hotel, great value for money. Bedroom was lovely and clean and had good variety of useful equipment. Air conditioning/heating was a bonus. We had a pleasant stay at Novotel Leicester as a family. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location for exploring the city. The only downside for me was breakfast which was quite limited.
