The property was clean. The rooms don’t have a fridge or coffee makers like in North America so keep that in mind. The reception desk was very helpful and nice.

A really lovely modern hotel, lovely staff, nice room, tasty breakfast. The car park next to the hotel looked a little rough round the edges so we parked in the Highcross Roof Top car park a 10 minute walk away but it worked well and only ÂŁ6 for 24 hours. Overall we were really pleased with our stay and would return.

Excellent room and can’t fault the welcome and service of the staff. Stayed here with my daughter for the weekend and felt safe and looked after. Food was excellent and shops easy walking distance. There was a music event happening nearby when we arrived which worried me but it couldn’t be heard from the room even with the window open.

Excellent hotel with lovely staff, great breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms and facilities. Close to town centre to walk with children. The only down side was the situation in the middle of a busy road but really didn’t matter. Would stay again when coming to Leicester.
