The room was clean enough, maybe a little dated. We were on the ground floor, but on the side of the HGV parking bays and the exit road for the Services which was understandably noisy 24 hours a day. The room was unbearably hot, although there was a fan which merely moved the hot air around. The Reception was beautifully air conditioned and I considered grabbing a duvet and sleeping there! Staff were friendly and helpful. But it is what it is - a hotel at the motorway services. It does a job.

The room was very clean. Good comfy bed. Clean spacious bathroom yea and coffee making facilities in the room. Nice fluffy towels. The receptionist was a very professional, helpful and kind gentleman. A really good stay and would stay there again.

the services had a good array of food outlets that you would expect at a Motorway Service location we had to pay £5.00 to park overnight which is a new additional charge there was poor hot water and at best tepid but the hotel is getting a refurbishment at the moment

Hotel on M1 northbound but main eating facilities are on southbound services so you have to cross the bridge. It’s a standard room with plentiful parking outside in the main services car park - great for breaking up a motorway journey but nothing outside of the services you want to venture out. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value room
