“Behzat and his staff make you feel home from the first second you’re there. He runs an amazing team. The food is outstanding and we received a room upgrade without having to ask for anything. Behzat recommended a Mosel wine stand a couple of blocks from the hotel and we had a great time sitting in the sun with a bottle of wine at an affordable price. Thanks guys, great job and we’ll be back for a longer stay!”

“Everything was just OK Freiddly and servicminded people. My room just great, and the restaurant briliant service and great food. Breakfast perfect was asked what kind of eggs you want and soon you good your nice eggs how you orderd it . All over a great place , and for sure I will be back one day. “When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...
