No front desk staff, waited over 48 hours for an answer from my email question as no one answered my calls or the calls from Hotels.com to the hotel .The answer I received was just an statement that the hotel received my mail and they didn't see my mail until our last day

Sehr schönes, grosses DZ Delux, das Bad war etwas eng zwischen Duschwand und WC. Das Becken zwar stylisch, aber sehr klein zum Gesicht waschen. Zimmer gut sauber. Der Außenbereich sehr schön, genügend Parkplätze am Hotel. Alle Lokale gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wäre schön, wenn im Badezimmer Fenster, sowie ein Fenster des DZ mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet werden könnten, da bei offenem Fenster sehr viele Fliegen und Mücken im Raum waren. Schade, dass kein kleiner Kühlschrank oder gar ein Wasserkocher vorhanden waren. Ansonsten wären wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder dort buchen.

Für eine Übernachtung ist das Zimmer ok. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Mir waren die Betten zu weich und wenn jemand anders geduscht hat,kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus der Dusche. Die Lage ist super und die Umgebung ist schön ruhig. Das Frühstück ist ok.

Eiskalte Dusche morgens, sehr unbequeme Betten selbst in der Suite. Keine Schallisolierten Fenster und damit sehr laut wegen Transportzügen. Nach der Beschwerde null Verständnis und maximal unfreundliche Reaktion von der Geschäftsführung. Auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Im großen und ganzen war alles ok. Der Service an der Rezeption war nicht so toll, man kam sich etwas verlassen vor. Die Dusche im Bad geht garnicht, nach dem duschen war das ganze Bad nass. Frühstück war sehr gut. Am Abend hatte man keine Möglichkeit noch was zutrinken.

Unterkunft per se erst einmal sehr schön. Gut renoviert und soweit in Ordnung. Leider standen während der Zeit in der wir dort übernachtet haben, im Gästehaus im EG überall Trocknungsgeräte, die 24 liefen. Zudem führt eine mit Güterzügen stark befahrene Trasse in Sichtweite des Hotels vorbei. Große Teile des Frühstücks waren leider oft schon aus, es wurde nicht oder nur zaghaft nachgelegt. Selbst Brötchen waren oft vergriffen. All das bei nur mäßiger Auslastung. Personal im Frühstücksbereich war leider völlig überfordert. Insgesamt ist der gesamte Service im Haus unterdurchschnittlich, schade, das trübt das Gesamtbild und führt nicht dazu, dass dieses Hotel ein weiteres Mal gebucht wird.

Das Hotel ist super schön, sowohl die Zimmer als auch die Außenanlage. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Allerdings gibt es keine Klimaanlage und somit ist es sehr heiß in den Zimmern.

Het ligt ietwat afgelegen, maar dat is geen probleem er is echt nog geen 100 meter een super leuke tent waar je ook echt lekker kan eten (rechts, Eerste links als je op de oprit staat). Qua kamers alles zeker in orde, heel net en proper. Je ziet dat er tijd en moeite is ingestoken.

The day before Yesterday I was on my way to the hotel with the reservation I have make and was confirm by your web and I find out that they hotel Dorfmuhle dont have any reservation on my name jacky shloush. I was very upset as it was snowing and cold and had to find another hotel and needed to drive 30 min to other city. Okay for a quiet stay.

Nice and clean. Restaurants were all within walking distance but only one open during the day. Not many choices for breakfast as much was empty and not a lot of choice. For instance we had two rolls for four people, one egg, and some few meat pieces left. Otherwise clean and quiet. Not much to do in this area.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen im Hotel von Herr und Frau von Berg. Besonders Paula - der Hofhund - ist uns sehr positiv im Gedächtnis geblieben. Auf Wünsche ist sofort eingegangen worden. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam und die Lage ist ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
