The Highland Ladakh is a well appointed hotel located 1.95 km from the main market. The hotel is near the main Leh Post Office. The welcome drink of Kashmiri Tea was a delicious start to the stay. The staff seemed conscientious and helpful.

Everyone - owner Jigme, Operations manager Joel, receptionists, waiters and other staff - was very efficient, polite and helpful. They give personal attention to each guest and fulfil any reasonable demand beyond usual expectation. I have not come across such a staff anywhere in the world.
