Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. It was an experience of a life time and I do believe we owe this to her. The hotel is super clean, pretty, well located in Leh center, Wonderful spacious rooms, great breakfast. The staff were so so nice and hardworking in particular Rajesh. We totally recommend it!

The hotel is a short walk to the main market at the Center of Leh. The rooms are clean and functional. There are few options for vegans so the breakfast was a disappointment. I bought a plant-based milk at the supermarket below the hotel. I stored it in the mini-bar fridge. Only the light bulb worked in the fridge, so I had to throw out the remaining milk. The staff said they’d look into the fridge but nothing was done in the week I stayed. After day one I checked into revising my check out date as some of the sites I wanted to see were further away from Leh than anticipated. The attempt to change the check out date was excruciating. I had to follow up daily for four days as well as contact Expedia multiple times. Eventually I was able to revise the check out date but it should never have taken so much time and effort. At check out there was a surprise that they wanted to charge for the dates I had not stayed despite more than a week’s advance notice. Excruciating. When I asked the front desk attendant how he’d rate my experience on a scale of 1 to 10. He said—- negative. Giving a two out of five is more generous than the staff would give. My next stay in Leh is at a different hotel.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was so helpful. Appreciate Vikram ji who helped us and also advised us on acclimatization . Supermarket wa on the groundfloor making it so convenient if you wanted any thing. The Main market was walking distance
