A older style hotel, central, the room was good size but no windows and previous guests had smoked in room which made difficult to breath at night. But excllent cleaning staff!! Breakfast was very traditional and we chose to eat at cafe next door as no eggs or pancakes were on offer. Good budget stay

It was not bad for the budget hotel rates

The hotel has changed management, taking over from an old budget hotel. Due to the COVID-19 recession, maintenance has become difficult, making the hotel appear less clean. However, the staff and service provided are excellent.

First time in Bali and this was my first hotel in this trip. Honestly I'm quite disappointed by its cleanliness and conditions. Toilet tower rack is dropping. Air-con had water dripping. Lots of hair on different parts of the room.Dirt and stains are everywhere. But the technician was efficient in fixing these. The reception staff were helpful. The location is good. But i wish that the hotel management will put effort in hiring sufficient staff with proper training to clean up the room. This could definitely help you to raise your room rate.

For the price, perfect. Close to everything. Easy checkin and checkout… quiet and good facilities. Only thing was the bedding was a little bit stained, didn’t seem to have any hair ect so it was clean just old stains assuming because the bedding is washed locally and they don’t use proper stain removal chemicals only wash and clean. Hotel needs a little bit of maintenance here and there but honestly overall it wasn’t a bad experience. Good aircon, nice staff and great pool area.

No mini fridge in room: just assumed there would be one but not listed so my fault. Location is good close to everything 10 min walk to Bintang supermarket. Needs a refresh. Water pressure terrible. Beds are comfy. No water in room, given a jug and call fill up filtered water down the hall. Clean. Massage in room for $200k on bed not massage table - not fantastic. Reasonable for the price.

The friendliness and the service received from all staff was the highlight. It is conveniently located and easy to walk to places from here. There was a ‘pool bar’ which wasn’t open however. But overall was lovely and clean and a great stay.

You get what you pay for, there is a reason it’s cheap, stayed 4 nights, never had a hot shower, asked about the problem but was told water is on a heat schedule, the breakfast was poor for a westerner, we ended up going out for breakfast, bathrooms needed a lot of work looks very run down, only good things were the AC was nice and cold and bed comfy
