We were upgraded to a King suite! I loved how spacious the space was; the shower was a decent size. I loved the cleanliness of the overall hotel. The bed was an actual king size and very comfortable.

NO Luggage Carts were available for the entire trip. The Staff parks the maintenance carts in the very front parking spots, when they have VERY LIMITED handicap and guests parking spots available in general. The shower NEVER gets hot. The beds and sofa bed had horrible mattresses. The whole place was beat down with a total lack of accommodating guests… the water park is EXTRA and it closes at 6! This is not a full facility hotel… no housekeeping for an entire week!! I will not be returning!

The rooms are great, the food court has so many options and the food is great. The pool areas are awesome. So close to the parks, the shuttle service is a huge perk. All around great choice !
