Our room was clean however there were stains on the floor, fold out couch had a thin flat mattress, paint drips on the wall paper, and would not close all the way.

Great location to everything! The free bus all three lines stop right outside the hotel! Perfect so much fun

Great stay. Quiet. Right in the middle of downtown. Valet parking is a must. The breakfast baskets were fun. You get a discount at the coffee shop when you stay here.

Over all the accommodations were satisfactory, but did not measure up to my expectations. I had anticipated a more luxurious astrosphere than the property presented. General upkeep of the facility was poor. During my week’s stay our room was not cleaned daily and when visited by the housekeeping staff they failed to complete the minimum duties. i.e. - the refrigerator freezer had 2-3” of ice in it on arrival and was never defrosted. - the floor was only swept once and never mopped accept after I went out and requested they return to at least sweep. - they made the beds once - failed to leave toiletries accept for furnishing towels My room was supposed to be a handicap room but did not even meet the minimum ADA requirements. No handrails in the shower or near the toilet. However the desk did offer a shower chair upon request. Front desk and main lobby staff were outstanding in their duties and friendliness.
