I love this hotel. I would go back. No swimming pool which is okay because we were out most of the time. I did not see nearby establishments here. It was a comfortable stay.

フライトが早かったので空港近くのこのホテルに宿泊しました。朝食前の早い出発だったのですが、出発に間に合うように朝食をきちんと部屋まで届けてもらいました。 空港までも無料で送って頂き良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

I am a bit disappointed the reason why I checked in was because I needed WIFI for business purposes. I was notified upon check in WIFI service was not working. I figured checking in to tgisbhotel would help with my need to connect to WIFI because of its good ratings. It’s unfortunate I was not able to work because of this and it was too late to even find another hotel. It would be beneficial to have some kind of indication or warning that such necessity is not available. Furthermore, the bed was so uncomfortable.

とってもいいのに、ほんとに勿体ない！ 親戚達とうちの家族でデラックス２部屋、キングサイズとシングル２つのとっても広い部屋と、キングサイズ２つの部屋を借りました。部屋も綺麗！スタッフの対応もいい！食事もまぁまぁ美味い。フロントはでかい綺麗なクリスマスツリーとイルミネーションも☆ しかし！ １つの部屋はお湯になったり水になったり、、しかもドライヤーが壊れてて風出ず。もう１つはシャワーの水すら出ない！ドライヤーは生きてる。 ほんとに勿体ない。そこさえ普通ならまた是非泊まりたい！と思える程のホテル。

Pepperland overnight

Extremely good value; comfortable, clean room, decent breakfast included and excellent evening meal in Japanese restaurant. Filipino/western restaurant also available. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel would have more stars if it had pool, gym or whatever. Finally, easy walking distance from airport despite which the hotel always offers transport.

A hotel near the airport.

The rooms smell of old and damp furniture and very dusty. We had to call housekeeping to clean the tables phone etc. looks like housekeeping is not doing its job. Rooms are old and need to remodel.

Helt ok hotell

Hotellet är helt ok. man går till centrum på en halvtimme, till flygplatsen på 3minuter. Den Japanska restaurangen på hotellet har jättegod mat, rekommenderas. Stora rymliga rum, men jätte dålig wi-fi. kan tänka mig bo här igen. tyvärr finns det som på så många andra hotell, ingen balkong.

Worms coming out of the shower!

The most disgusting thing was that there were worms coming out of the shower! This is the first time I've experienced something like this. The aircon was not working properly. The room was hot (28 degrees Centigrade) for most of the evening. Later in the evening it started rattling so we couldn't sleep! Wifi was not available. They said they couldn't transfer us to another room since it was booked and paid online. The only saving grace of this hotel is the attentive staff. I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody. I'm definitely not staying here again.
