Stayed for 3 days and had the lake view it was so beautiful. The cleaning staff were great and anything we asked for we received. The front end staff were great and so helpful. We had the pleasure of dealing with Terrence, Chris and Tiffany and they were awesome. The prices were so reasonable and it was close to everything.

We were on the 1st floor, it was clean and well maintained. The attendants were friendly . The breakfast was the typical hotel provisions. Except they offered pre-made, heat up frozen egg burrito.

The hotel is on a beautiful piece of property and very reasonably priced. It's a older hotel but if you are just looking for a nice place to sleep it is nice. Not a lot of amenities if you're looking for a place to stay during the day. It is very close to Mt. Dora.

It is an older property that is maintained but the rooms are very dated. Beds were comfortable but furniture was well used and bargain basement. Maid service if you request it. Nothing really outstanding about the property but if all you are concerned getting a good night's sleep, you will no problem there. The location is very good for restaurants and some shopping. Easy access to 19 to go to Eustis north.

We had a great stay here over July 4th 250 Celebration. Our room was on the second floor with a great view of the lake and as a bonus, we saw local fireworks right from our balcony! Took one star off as our room was not ready until 3:20 but we enjoyed walking the grounds while waiting. Note that there are no elevators so if you’ve got a lot of baggage, you may want to consider booking a first floor room. We didn’t mind as we needed some ‘steps’ after a 3+ hour drive. We will definitely stay here again!

The price was very fair for the condition of the property and location of the property. The front desk staff was very pleasant and was sincere in trying to make the stay comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very poor condition, and the rooms are not clean. There seems to be families or people living at the hotel long term. Again, the price I paid was under $100 and guess you get what you paid for. If you are on a budget and need to just a place to rest for one night this would be ok. It's just the condition of the hotel rooms such as the bathrooms carpeting and beds are in desperate need of replacement and updating.
