Nice clean hotel

This is an older hotel that could certainly use an update or two but for its age it was jept very ckean and had all the expected amenities. Was just there for an overnight leisure stay but had time to enjoy the pool and would be willing to stay there again.

This hotel has clearly passed its glory days, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. We arrived early and were able to check in. The staff was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The entry and parking were easy. I gave it three stars due to the condition of the furniture and it was advertised as full breakfast included, but in fact it offered very little.

The tub had porcelain peeling from it and was poorlycauled. The lamp shades had holes from dry rot. The bed was comfortable, but the fridge was turned off and we needed items refrigerated. Would not stay again.

Staff was nice. At the hotelā€¦ butā€¦ the lady that worked in the restaurant in the morning for breakfast was RUDE!! She followed myself and my fiancĆ© as we made breakfast and didnā€™t follow any of the other guests (we are African American). She complained about us taking our breakfast to our room with the containers that the night guy GAVE TO US to take our dinner back to our room the night before! And thenā€¦ she wrongly accused my fiancĆ© of cursing at her the morning we checked out and followed us to the front desk and told the staff he cursed at her. We have stayed there before and Never had such an experience.
